Your documents

PDFs and images selected in the tool are processed inside your browser. They are not uploaded to us, associated with an account or stored in a database. Closing the tab removes the working copies held by the page.

Browser preferences

The site uses local storage to remember settings such as file-size limit, quality, theme and language. These preferences stay on your device and can be removed through your browser's site-data settings.

Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time and security signals. This supports delivery, aggregate statistics, security and abuse prevention.

Fonts

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google that can include your IP address. No selected document is transmitted with that request.

Advertising

The site does not currently display advertising. When Google AdSense is activated, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver, measure and limit advertisements. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location and consent choices. Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

Before ads load for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the site will use a Google-certified consent platform. A privacy and cookie settings link will allow visitors to review or withdraw their choice. Ads will appear on informational pages, not beside document upload, processing or download controls.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
