What this tool does

It crops a copy of your image to a 3:4 ratio, converts it to JPG and adjusts the quality until the file is below 300 KB. It cannot decide whether the photograph satisfies every identity-photo requirement. Compare the result with the instructions displayed by the official portal during your application.

Choose a clean source

Use a recent, sharp photograph with even lighting.
Choose a plain light background without objects or strong shadows.
Keep your face centered, facing forward and unobstructed.
Start from the original file. Avoid screenshots and copies downloaded from messaging apps.

Crop without damaging the image

Select the original JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC file.
Use zoom only to frame the photograph and leave space around the head and shoulders.
Move the image until the face is centered.
Download the JPG and open that final file outside this page.
Enlarge the eyes, hairline and background. Return to the original if you see blocks or artificial edges.

Keep the photograph separate

Final check

Confirm that the filename ends in .jpg, the file is below the limit displayed by the portal and facial details remain natural. Make sure it is not rotated, stretched or cropped too tightly. Keep the original photograph because repeatedly compressing an already reduced copy degrades it.

Your photo is not sent to our servers. Cropping, rotation and compression happen locally in your browser. The page does not create an account or store a copy of the image.
